Booker is a new kid in town. His introduction will be as part of the "Breaking Free" side-plot. He's a kid with a good heart, but a lot of issues do to his untrained powers and poor medical treatment over the last three years. He's three years behind in school, so he could use some mentors in his life. He's currently at a phase in his life, where the people around him will dictate the person he will become.
